How does the pricing work?
Your first event each month is completely free. After that, each additional event in the same month costs $5. The counter resets at the start of each new month, so you get a free event every month.
What counts as an event?
An event is any organized gathering you create in Pleanar. This could be a conference, workshop, meetup, webinar, or any other type of event. Each event can have multiple agenda items, speakers, and participants.
When am I charged?
You're only charged when you create your second event (or subsequent events) within the same calendar month. The first event is always free, and charges are applied per event, not per month.
What features are included?
All features are included with every plan: event management, agenda planning, speaker management, categorization, invitations, and more. There are no feature restrictions based on pricing.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is required to sign up. You can start using Pleanar completely free for your first event each month. You'll only need to add a payment method when you create your second event in a month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Since we charge per event, there are no subscriptions to cancel. Simply stop creating events, and you won't be charged. Your account and data will remain accessible.
